Office Building in Seven CornersThe Seven Corners submarket is well-located on the eastern border of Fairfax County, just south of the City of Falls Church. Seven Corners is easily accessible via Leesburg Pike (Route 7), Arlington Boulevard (U.S. 50), Lee Highway (Route 29), Wilson Boulevard and Sleepy Hollow Road.

Office inventory in the Seven Corners submarket totals just over 1 million square feet. Much of the office space in Seven Corners is located at BB&T Plaza, twin 13-story office buildings totaling nearly 400,000 square feet of space. The remaining office space is typically low to mid-rise space with surface parking.

In addition to office development, the Seven Corners submarket is a thriving retail hub with more than 1.5 million square feet of development. The Seven Corners Shopping Center was one of the first enclosed malls in the nation when it was built in the 1960s. In the late 1990s, the 600,000 square foot center was successfully converted into a power center anchored by the likes of Home Depot, Shoppers Food Warehouse and Shopping Center in Seven CornersBarnes & Noble.

Three hotels are located in Seven Corners, all located along Arlington Boulevard which provides direct access to downtown Washington, D.C.

Major employers in the Seven Corners area include BB&T, CSC, Fairfax County, Research Planning and SAIC.
