Software Fusions, Inc. was established in 2003.
What is the origin of your company name?
The company was formed as a software services company with capabilities in varied software platforms. These software capabilities were integrated to serve the different needs of the clients in a seamless way, hence the name fusion, and therefore Software Fusions.
Who owns your company? Software Fusions, Inc. is subsidiary of Software Fusions, Ltd., an Indian corporation and a publicly held company established in 1995.
What is your main business focus?
Our two points of focus are software services and IT-enabled services.
Who are your primary customers? Software development companies and systems integrators for software services; court reporting companies; large institutions with requirements to maintain transcripts of proceedings; and companies that need IT-enabled business transcription services.
What sets you apart from your competitors?
Our expertise in Oracle applications and tools as well as our technological excellence in enhancing and digitizing audio files. But above all, it is our high standards of quality and reliability.
Where do you see your company in five years?
We see our company and our manpower growing fast in the coming years. Our goal is to open branches and be a strong presence in the market in at least 10 other locations in the United States.
How many employees do you have?
The company is less than a year old and is still using the services of the parent company, but we’re working toward hiring in the U.S. very soon.

Proximity to the nation’s capital, the IT focal point of the East Coast, the relatively low cost of doing business and the availability of technical manpower.
