FCEDA Commission
The FCEDA operates under the direction of seven commissioners, who are local business people appointed by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.

Steven Davis, Chairman
Steven Davis is assistant controller, corporate accounting services for Exxon Mobil Corporation. Previously Mr. Davis was controller for Mobil Corporation. During his career in the oil industry, Mr. Davis has worked for Chevron and Gulf before joining Mobil in 1998.

Michael Horwatt, Vice Chairman
Michael Horwatt is president of the Law Office of Michael Horwatt P.C., a business, real estate and litigation law firm. With 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Horwatt is considered an authority in business and real estate law, media law, commercial litigation, pubic/private partnerships and local government law.

Ann Rodriguez, Secretary/Treasurer
Ann Rodriguez is president and CEO of the Arts Council of Fairfax County, Inc. Prior to joining the Arts Council, Ms. Rodriguez worked for The E Group, a promotional advertising company in Reston, Virginia. A member of the promotional advertising industry for more than 20 years, Ms. Rodriguez sold her company, Corporate Products, to The E Group several years ago.

Ronald C. Johnson
Ron Johnson is chairman and CEO of Ronson Network Services Corporation. Previously he was founder and managing partner of Ronson Communication & Information Systems. Mr. Johnson has served on a number of state-wide boards including the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, the Governor's Alliance for a Drug Free Virginia and the Southern Technology Council.

Michael Lewis
Mike Lewis is president of Liberty Capitol, a Fairfax County-based
finance and managing consulting firm that operates in the disciplines of
aerospace, defense, and counter-terrorism for U.S. and international companies
in areas of marketing, business development, and access to capital. Previously
he served as chief enterprise officer for the American Institute of Aeronautics
and Astronautics. He is a past chairman of the Fairfax County Chamber of
Commerce and has chaired its NOVABizPAC. He is on the board of the Virginia
Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of trustees for the University
of Virginia Athletics Foundation. He is a member of the Tysons Corner Land
Use Task Force.

Sudhakar Shenoy
Sudhakar Shenoy is founder, chairman and CEO of Information Management Consultants, Inc. (IMC) located in McLean. IMC is an internationally recognized systems and software development firm serving both governmental and commercial sectors. Mr. Shenoy has served on the State of Virginia Technology Commission, the Virginia Innovative Technology Authority and the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

William Soza
Will Soza is chairman of Fairfax County-based Security One Bank,
and is a member of the George Mason University Board of Visitors. He was
principal of Soza Associates, CPAs, and previously was chairman and CEO
of Soza & Co.,
Ltd., an information technology and consulting company, which he began
in 1969 as an accounting firm. He is a former trustee of the George Mason
University Foundation. He was named the 1998 Hispanic Business Man of the
Year by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and received the
2007 Excellence in Leadership & Community Service Award from the Northern
Virginia Urban League.
